• To gear up for the 2026 Winter Olympics, I spearheaded the digital promotion for KXAN reporter Brianna Hollis as she prepared for her on-site coverage in Milan-Cortina. My role was to build anticipation across our social platforms, driving viewers to her upcoming athlete interviews on both our broadcast and the KXAN+ app.

  • To build anticipation for our 2026 Winter Olympics coverage, I produced a series of vertical videos featuring reporter Brianna Hollis. By showcasing her in the studio with her official KXAN winter gear, we created a personal connection between the reporter and the audience. I also managed a 3 day digital countdown leading up to the Opening Ceremony, utilizing strategic reminders to ensure our viewers knew exactly when and where to tune in on KXAN and KXAN+.

  • For our 2026 Winter Olympics coverage, I served as the end to end producer for our digital promo campaign. I scripted and filmed in-studio segments with reporter Brianna Hollis, utilizing professional lighting and official Milan-Cortina graphics to create an immersive, on theme environment. Beyond the video production, I collaborated with our in-house designers on a studio photoshoot for web assets. I edited the final post-production in Premiere Pro, incorporating custom lower thirds and branded end pages that our designers also made.

  • Ultimately, my goal was to bring the global scale of the 2026 Winter Olympics home to Austin. By humanizing the coverage through personal studio promos and high energy scripting, we made our audience feel like they were part of Brianna’s journey to Milan-Cortina. We aimed to turn 'passive viewers' into 'active followers,' fostering a community that felt personally connected to the athletes and stories we were set to share.
